Beyond the ordinary
We want to provide girls with the same great opportunities the boys have, and we are doing just that with our Softball Division. We follow all the same approach implementing the same concepts as we do with baseball. Our goal is to help these young ladies learn the true game of softball all the while helping parents guide their player in the right direction to be successful in life.
How it started...
It all began with a simple idea fueled by providing girls the chance to play the game they love. The same way we approach everything, we pride ourselves on the personal attention and dedication to every detail. We are here to challenge these young ladies and teach them how to compete at a high level. We want to help them get to school ball, and college softball if that is the path they choose to take.

Our tryouts for the 2026 - 2027 season will be:
July 7 at mTrade Park in Oxford, MS
8U - check in time is 5:15
10U - check in time is 6:45

Our First Year...
The 2025-2026 season was our first and we came out of the gate swinging. We had two teams to start our softball division and those young ladies represented Canes very well. They were all very competitive in their first year and stepped up to the challenge presented to them. We are looking to add more teams this year and continue to build an opportunity for these girls to move to the next level.

What we teach...
As stated above, we are going to teach these girls the true game of softball. We are going to teach them how to hit, field, and catch to make an already hard game...easier. By teaching them the little things, the hard things will come easier which in turn will help them play a game that gets fast as they get older. We are going to challenge them by teaching them to compete at the highest level as they grow and get closer to school ball...and then college.
