IT'S NOT JUST HIT-THROW-CATCH...
All players at every level work outside of practice. It is vital that every player, in every sport gets one-on-one training. We evaluate each kid based on age, experience, and current knowledge. At that point, we work with the kid and advance the player based on each individuals understanding of the task at hand.
Every kid is different, we know that, and we cater our lessons to that player.

Hitting
There are multiple steps to the hitting process so the player will be successful. We will work all aspects, show your player the proper technique, why it is being done this way, and what the outcome will be if executed. Hitting is not easy, but with our simplified and thorough process, it allows your player to have a true understanding of how to swing the bat.
Fielding
There is more to fielding a grounder than just "catch it". We teach your player how to properly catch it by going over the fundamentals. We show the player step-by-step from watching it out of the pitchers hand all the way to following the throw. We will teach each player where his body should through the process, and how to work through the ground ball to make fielding easier.
Pitching
While we do teach the fundamentals, we also put a very strong emphasis on arm care. We work hard at young ages teaching kids how to properly throw from the mound and work location first. There is an age every player needs to reach before throwing a breaking ball, so we work location and a change-up until that time comes. This preserves the arm and allows it to mature. Arm issues don't arise at 15, they start well before that when a player is throwing curve balls too early. We know that and which is why before anything else, we need to be able to work the edges.
Base Running
Yes...base running is a very important aspect of the game. We will go over how to properly run to each base. Also, how to get a lead, what to read, how to steal, how to pick up the ball, and many other things to help your player become a great base runner which in turn will help his team put runs on the board.
Being Coachable
All coaches at every level are looking for players that are coachable and this will be taught to your player as well. They want kids that will listen, work, and execute. We will teach him little things inside the game that will help your player become more valuable to coaches.
